We use premium materials throughout to ensure exceptional comfort, durability, and support.

Our recliners are designed to support between 400-500 lbs, depending on the model. Each product page specifies the exact weight capacity for that particular recliner. Our heavy-duty models feature reinforced frames and mechanisms tested to exceed their stated weight capacities for added peace of mind.

Dimensions vary by model, but our recliners typically feature seat widths of 25-30 inches, seat depths of 22-24 inches, and seat heights of 20-22 inches. Back heights range from 42-45 inches. Full dimensions, including the recliner's footprint when fully reclined, are listed on each product page.

We use premium materials throughout our recliners. Our frames are constructed from kiln-dried hardwood and reinforced steel. Yes, we offer several customization options for select models. These include choice of upholstery material and color, optional features like heat and massage functions, USB charging ports, cup holders, and storage compartments. Manual recliners use a lever or handle mechanism that requires some physical effort to operate. Power recliners use electric motors controlled by buttons to adjust the position, requiring no physical effort. Power recliners offer more precise positioning and are easier to operate but are typically more expensive and need to be positioned near an electrical outlet.

Ordering & Payment

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired recliner, choosing any customization options, and proceeding to checkout. If you prefer, you can also place an order by phone at (555) 123-4567 during our business hours (10am-8pm EST).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing through Affirm. For orders over $2,000, we also offer the option of bank transfer or check. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.

Yes, we offer financing through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your purchase over time with monthly payments. During checkout, select Affirm as your payment method to see if you qualify. Rates range from 0-30% APR depending on your credit and the promotion period. We occasionally offer special financing promotions with 0% interest for qualified buyers.

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. For changes after 24 hours but before shipping, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it according to our return policy. To modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer two shipping options: Standard Delivery (free) and White Glove Delivery ($199.99). Standard Delivery includes delivery to your doorstep or ground-floor entrance within 5-7 business days. White Glove Delivery includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal within 7-10 business days. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Other items vary and the estimated time to delivery is listed on the individual product pages.

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. If you're outside our shipping area, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential third-party shipping options, though additional fees will apply.

If you miss your delivery appointment, a rescheduling fee of $75 may apply. We recommend scheduling delivery for a time when you know you'll be available. If things change, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Our delivery service does not include the moving or removal of any existing furniture.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
