Our standard delivery service is included at no additional cost with every recliner purchase. Your recliner will be delivered to your doorstep or ground-floor entrance of your building.

Important Note

Standard delivery does not include bringing the recliner inside your home, up stairs, or assembly. If you need these services, please consider our White Glove Delivery option.

Once your order has shipped, you can contact us via email or phone to request tracking information. We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your order.

Yes, you can upgrade from Standard to White Glove delivery up to 48 hours before your scheduled shipping date. Please contact our customer service team to make this change. Additional fees will apply for the upgrade.

Our recliners are designed to fit through standard doorways (30' or wider). If you're concerned about tight spaces, please measure your entryways before ordering. For White Glove delivery, our team can partially disassemble the recliner if needed to navigate tight spaces. If delivery is impossible due to space constraints, return shipping fees may apply.

Standard delivery is typically available Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery for White Glove service may be available in select areas for an additional fee of $50. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about weekend delivery availability in your area.

For Standard delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your doorstep if it's safe to do so. For White Glove delivery, you or an authorized representative (18 or older) must be present. If you miss your White Glove delivery appointment, a rescheduling fee of $75 may apply.

If your recliner arrives with visible damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team immediately. We recommend taking photos of the damage for our records. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
