Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in new, unused condition
  • Item is returned in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation
  • Return authorization is requested and approved in advance

Return Process

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including return address and shipping guidelines.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
